forbids pubiic executions and the Sheriff is

Hose Co. No. 1, to lecture~on Wednerday
and Tharsday evenings next, for the benefit
of the company. The Theatre wust be

The subject of the lectures will be for the
first evening, Old and New; for the second
Rebeition Pictures, from Paradise Lost.
THE new association. Union Temperance
Soiety, meets on this (Sunday) afternoon at
“Temperance Hall, at 3 o'clock. Mr. Davidgon, the great Temperance leeturer, Rev.
Dr. Grove Deal, said to be eu fait on « Temperance speech, Rev. Mr. Brierly and other
