than a majority of the subscribed for, issued and outstanding guarantee capital stock of this Association, as follows: Article First of the Articles of Incorporation of this Association, reading as follows: ‘‘First. That the name of said corporation shall be Italian Guarantee Building and Loan Association,’’ has been amended to read as follows: ‘First. The name of this corporation is and shall be Italian National Building and Loan Association.’’ Proceedings by virtue of which said amendment was adopted were as follows: On the 5th day of February, 1930, at the hour of 3:00 o’clock P. M., at the office of this Association, in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, to wit, at number 524 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of this Association duly called and held at said time and place, in the manner provided by law and the by-laws of this Association, and at which said meeting more than a majority of the Directors of this Association were present and participated therein, a resolution was regularly proposed, voted upon and duly adopted by the affirmative vote of all of the Directors of this Association present at said meeting, which resolution was in words and figures as follows: . ‘“Whereas, the Board of Directors of this Association, Italian Guarantee Building and Loan Association, deem it advisable and to the best interests.
