day of March, a.p. 1863, infavor of Andrew J.
Johnsen, against James Pardee and P. A. Pardee, his wife, for the sum of 864 75, debt. $4 40
interest and $26 10 eoats of suit, with interest
on said principal sum of $4 75. at the rate of
two per éent per month from rendition ofjudgment.
I have taken In exceution, and will sell to the
highest bidder for cash the following described
real estate, to Wit ~All the right, title and
interest of said défendants, in and to that certain
house and lot, situa‘ed on Gopher Hill, Nevada
county. State of California, seventy feet front
and one hundred back, and bounded by °G. Van
Marter and M. Pugh on the north, and Qush. man & Coleman, on the south and on the west
by the rou that runs to the [linois Bar Bridge,
and on the east by ravines. 1 will sell the sdme
atthe Court House door, in Nevada city, on Safurday the Isth day April, 1863, between the
hours of 9 o’tlock A.M. and 5 P.M. of said day.
