WATER COMPANY and against DANIEL and
SIMON BOOKN ALTER and JOHN DONALDSON for the sum of Seyenteen Hundred and
Ninety Seven Dollars and Fifty cents; principal
debt; with interest on‘the principal at the rate of
two per cent per: month from the rendition of
