and seventy one and 66-100 dollars, principal
debt, with interest on the principal at the rate of
ten per cent.per annum. from the rendition of

A P., 1862, it was ordered and decreed by the
said court, that the mortgage set forth in plaintif ’a complaint be foreclosed, and the property
