RECOVERING.—Mr. Thomas Wilson, who was so badly burned, some time since, in the “Young America” shaft, is fast reéovering from his injuries. PARADE.—General K'bbe has issued an order directing the fourth brigade, (second division) to’ parade on the 16th of December next. This division comprises the counties of Nevada, Sierra and Plumas, under the command of Brig. General Dibble.
