erty which was heretofore attached to-wit: That
certain lot. piece or parcel of land, situate within
thetownship of Little York, county of Nevada
aud State of California, on the divide between
the waters of Green Horn Creck and the waters
Step Hadow Creek, and known as the Chalk
Bluff Ridge, containing six hundred and forty

by lands of Herbert Bowers together with the
