The City of Nevada hereby grants to the Sunset Telephone and Te'egraph Co., its successors and assigns, the rightavd privilege to lace, lay, erect, maintain and operate in the Teraeta, alleys aud puolic bighways within said sity, poles, wires and other conductors for the . transmission of electricity for telephone and telegraph purposes.
