The Beard of Trustees of the City of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
SEcTION 1.
“Siiitt be hanJawful for any person or persone
é rH ay ha Bg fruits, vegetables,
p¥oyisio#s, wares or commodities, of any kind
or description, within the corporate limits of
the City of Nevada, without first procuring a
license therefor as hereinafter required.

All persons before engaging in any peddling
referred to in Section 1 hereof, shallipay to the
City, for a license therefor, in advance, one of
the following series of money, to-wit: One
Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per day; or Five
($5) Dollars per week, or Ten ($10) Dollars: per
quarter.

SECTION 3.
Any person doing any peddling-as aforesaid,’
withoot first rocuring the license therefor
herein required, is hereby declared to be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and u conviction thereof
shall be fined in a sum of not less than twenty
dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars, or
shall be imprisoned in the City Prison for a
term of not exceeding ten days. ‘
