The Agent of the Water Company shall have the power in all cases to ascertain by proper measurement the quantity of water ured and fix the price as provided by sections 51, 62 and 63 ot this ordinance. No one excep: a properly authoriz d ageut of the Water Company shall turn on ihe water to any place or building without a permit from the water agent, provided that any authorized agent of the city or Fire Department may turn on the water for city purposes, Bec. 66,' For all water used for running mach inery, 25 cents per miner’s inch for 24 hours run, provided that during the months of June, .
