administrator of the estate of Joseph D.
Rogers, deceased, praying for an order of sale
of mining interests, that it is. necessary to -ell
the whole of déeceden.’s interest in the Kelief
Hill Blue Gravel Mining Claim, situated in Kelief Hill Mining District, Nevada County, Califurnia, being an. undivided 5-82 interest or
portion in said mine, oe par the debts, expenses
