by proper measurement the quantity of water

Sec. 61. All water, except irrigation, and for
eity and county purposes, are due and payable
weekly, and if not so paid the wateragent may,
in his discretion, upon giving the delinquent
consumer one Week's written notice to pay up,
shut off the water from the premisses of such
consumer
Sec. 64. Water rates for all city purposes and
for the Court House are due and pipable quarterly. Irrigate rates are due and payabie in
monthly installments of one fifth of the rates
when taking water for the season otherwise to
pay monthly for water used. ° .
If not paid within the current month water
may be shut off the sameas for demestic pir
paser.
Sec. 63. A fiist-cPass hotel is understood to be
a hotel containg not less than 70 beds. second
Class hotels not less thun 40 beds, :
Third class hotels not less than 20 beds,Fourth
class hote's not less than 10 beds. :
Sec. 64. A first class livery stable is understood to be a stable containing not less thai 25
horses. Second-class livery’ stables not less
than 10 horses,. Third-@lass livery stables not
less than 6 horses, and, fourth-class livery
stables less than 6 horses.

authorized agent of the city or Fire Departinent
may turn on the water for city purposes,
Sec. 66. For all water used for running mach
inery, 25 cents per miner’s inch for 24 hours
run, provided that duringthe months of June,
July, August and Sep'ember of euchyear when
the Water Compiny can not obtain more than
asufficient supply cf water in the pipey for
domestic purposes and irr gation, it may refuse
to supply water for the purpose of running machinery and provided further that ou the complaint of a water consumer that he is unable ‘to
obtain a sufficient supply of water for dumestic
purposes or irrigation, the Board of City. Truslees may, after investigating the matter order
tbe sale of water for running machinery stop
ped, and it shall be stopped after a period of
one week from the date of such order.
Sec. 67. The Marshal, when requested, shall
accompany the agent of the Water Company for
the purpose of shutting off the watcr from the
premises of any person who shall be in defauli
inthe payment of water rates as provided
in this Ordinance.
The Marshal shai. charge and collect from the
Water Company for such service thé sum of $

Agent, the same to be paid by the Marshal intu
