Section TI. There shall be added to

the Grand. Parlor Relief Fund which
shall be used exclusively for the paymen of sick benefits and funeral: benefits to members of Parlors, which may
be hereafter suspended or dissolved, or
forfeit: their charter; or of Parlors
whose income properly. handled is by+
reasons of epidemic or unusualamount
‘of sickness unable to meet the demands from cash on hand, or collecta-.
ble from its members. In the case of
a member of a’ Parlor which forfeits or
surrenders ifs charter, this fund will
only be available if sach member, who

after such suspensions or forfeiture,
contribute at the rate of $1 per month
to the Special Relief Fund, which will
thereafter entitle him to the same benefits therefor allowed by his Parlor,

this fand will be exercised by the
Grand President, with the advice and
consent. of the Grand Trustee and District Deputy Grand Presidents in

subject to such rules and discretion

from time to time by the officers controlling the disbursements of this fand
who shall determine the right of such

Amend Section 17 of Article VIII of
the constitution of subordinate Parlors by adding the words, “other than
the non-beneficial members. elected in
accordance with Section V, Article 11,
hereof,” after the opening words thereof, “Every member qualified as required
by the laws.”
Amend Section II of Article VIE of
the constitution of subordinate Pdflors

non-beneficial members elected in accordance with Section V of Article I

That Section 2, Article VIII, of constitution of Grand Parlor be amended

“Twelfth. Three employment committees, eavh to consist of three members, one to have headquarters at Sacramento, one at San Francisco and the
other at Los Angeles.. The Grand President shall assign to the jurisdiction ot
said committees respectively the Parlors of the order as are most contigaous and accessible to the places above
named respectively.
