at said election, the proposition of incurring a municipal indebtedness, to
the aggregate amount of $28,000.00 for
the purpose of building and construct
ing a public sewer system, and doing all
things necessary to complete and perfect the same, the cost of which will be

Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City
of Nevada, by ordinance heretofore duly
ed, by a yote of more than two-thirds of

will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of said
City of Nevada, and that it is necessary to incur an indebtedness by said City; in the =

of the said City to that amount, to pay the

SECTION 6.
That bonds of the City of Nevada, of the
character known as “Serials” to the regate amount of $28,000 00, shall be issued for
the cost of said public improvement, in this
