ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF KEYSTONE DIVIDE MINING COMPANY. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That the undersigned have this day associated themselves for the purpose of forming a corporation, for the purpose of mining and other purposes hereinafter set forth, under the laws of the State of Nevada, and hereby certify: ie The name of the corporation shall be "KEYSTONE DIVIDE MINING COMPANY." ILS The location of said corporation's principal office and place of business in the State of Nevada Shall be at Tonopah, Nye County, Nevada. The Company may also have one or more offices outside the State of Nevada, where the books of the company mey be kept, the meetings of directors and stockholders may be held, as may be determined by the board of directors. ELI. The nature of the business and the objects and purposes for which this corporation is formed, are to do any and all things herein set forth, to the same extent and as fully as natural persons might or could do, and in any part of the world, as principal, agent, contractor, trustee, or otherwise, and either alone, or in company with others, namely: Locating, working, developing, leasing, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in mines, mining locations, mining claims, mining rights, mineral deposits, millsites, tunnel claims, water rights, mining plants, machinery, or works used in connection.
