Vo GEL Oputy OF KHOE OF TAHOE, INCORPORATED WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, for the purpose of forming a corporation under the laws of the State of California, do hereby state and certify: FIRST: That the name of this corporation is KHOE OF TAHOE, INCORPORATED SECOND: (a) That the specific business in which the corporation is primarily to engage is hereby set forth and identified as the business of radio broadcasting and newspaper publication.
