In all cases the property to whieh the water is supplied or furnished shall be responsible for the payment of the water bill, and in case the same is not paid in aceordanee with the provisions of this Ordinance, the water collector shall cause the water to be shut off from such property until said bill is paid. Each consumer of water shall use the same economic lly and not .permit the same to be wasted, and should any consumer of water continue to allow the water to be wasted, after notice from the water vollector, the water shall be turned off from the premises and shall not again be turned on exeept by order of the water committee of the Hoare of Trustees and the payment of all costs of shutting off and turning on.
