principal office for the transaction of the business of this
corporation is to be located is the County of Nevada.

A. This corporation is authorized to issue only one
class of shares of stock; the total number of shares which
this corporation shall have the authority to issue is twentyfive hundred (2,500), and the aggregate par value of said
shares shall be twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000); and
the par value of each share shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
