ARTICLE X AMENDMENT These Articles may, except more stringent requirements, be (a) Before any members, rators, have been admitted to the Association, writing signed by two-thirds (2/3) as provided by law imposing amended as follows: other than the incorpoby a of the incorporators (b) After members, other than the incorporators, have been admitted to the Association, by resolution of the Board of Directors and the vote or written consent by two-thirds (2/3) or more of a quorum of the members, given either before or after the adoption of the resolution by the Board, provided, however, that if the members have unequal voting power any amendment shall be approved by the vote or written consent of members holding not less than a majority of the voting power.
