Association avisine prom the Condominium Declaration
and its Bylaws.
(4) To estimate, budget, fix, assess and levy
charges and assessments upon its members for funds
to cover its costs of operation, and to collect and
enforce the payment thereof, together with interest
thereon, by any lawful means, in accordance with the
terms and provisions of the Condominium Declaration.
(5) To pay, in accordance with the provisions
of its Bylaws and of the Condominium Declaration,
any and all expenses incurred in connection with
the management, operation, maintenance, repair and/or
reconstruction of the Project, together with all
fees, licenses, taxes, and governmental charges
levied or assessed against the Association, or its
property, and not separately assessed to its
members.
(6) To acquire by deed, devise, gift, bequest,
purchase or otherwise, and to own, hold, improve,
Operate, invest, reinvest, maintain, convey, sell,
lease, transfer, dedicate for public use, or otherwise dispose of, both real and personal property
in connection with the affairs of the Association
and with the management, operation, preservation
and maintenance of the Project.
