ARTICLE V BYLAWS The authorized number and qualifications of members of the Association, the different classes of membership, if any, the property, voting and other rights and privileges of members, and their liability for dues and assessments and the methods of collection thereof, shall be as set forth in the Bylaws. ARTICLE VI DIRECTORS (a) The number of directors shall be three (3); provided, however, that the number of directors may be changed from time to time (but in no event shall there be less than three (3) directors) by a Bylaw duly adopted by the members of the Association.
