NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN THATIN PURsuance of an order of the Superior
Court ‘of the county of Nevada, State
of California, made on the 10th day of
July, A. D. 1895, in the matter of the estate of H. B. Cotton, deceased, the undersigned,
the administrator of the said estate, will sell at
private sale, to the highest bidder, for cash,
gold coin of the United States of America, and
subject to confirmation by said-Superior Court,
all the right. title, interest and estate of the
said H. H. Cotton, at the time of his death, and
all the right, title and interest that the said estate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired other than or in addition to that of the
said H. H. Cotton, at the tiine of his death, in
and to all that-eertain lot, piece or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in the said town of
Relief Hill, .Neyada county, State of California,
and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Being an undivided. \% interest in the mine
known as “The Reliet Hill Blue Gravel Mining
Claim,” commencing at a stake on the East side
of Logan’s Canyon, Relief Hil], running West
magnetic two thousand six hundred and forty
(2640) feet to a stake marked Southwest corner;
thence North two thousand six hundred and
forty (2640) feet to a stake marked Northwest
corner; thence East two thousand six hundred
and forty (2640) feet to a stake marked Northeast corner, then two thousand six hundred and
forty (2640) feet to the place of beginning.
Sealed bids in writing will be received by the
undersigned, at his office, viz.: the Cigar Store
of Schmidt Bros., on Pine street, in Nevada
City, Nevada coynty, California, up to AUGUST
8, 1895, at 12 o'clock, noon, of that day, for the
