the estate of Peter Allison, deceased, the
undersigned, the administrator of the said
estate, will seil at public auction, to she

estate of the said Peter Allison, at.

law, or otherwise acquired other thaw or in
addition to that of the said Peter Allison at
the time of his death, in ani to the following

That certain lot, situate on the north side
of the Main street in the town of Graniteville, in tae County of Nevada, State of California, which said lot frouts on said Main
street one hundred and thirty-eight feet.
Said lot is bounded on the east by premises
of Kastin and Waldron; on the west by lot
of Cline; on the north by. Weaver ditch; and
on the south by said Main street. Together
with ali aud singular the tenements, damn
itaments and appurtenauces thereunto belo ne or in anywise appe: ning.
2d. That certain other parcel es land, situate in said town of Graniteville, in the
County of Nevada, consisting of two fiel-s,
divided by the Milton ditch, lying in a northerly direction from the prem: herein first
above deseribed; whic reel of land is
bounded onthe south by Weaver ditch; on
the east by lot of Ballard; west by lot of
Poage; and o2 the north by vacant land.

hotel building at said town of Graniteville.
