NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN THAT'IN PURsuance. of an order of the Superior Court of the county of Nevada, State of California, mate on the 10th day of July, A. D. 1895, in the matter of the estate of H. H. Cotton, deceased, the undersigned, the administrator of the said estate, will sell at private sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, gold coin of the United states of America, and subject to confirmation by said Superior Court, allthe right title, interest and estate of the said H. H. Cotton, at the time of his death, and all the right, title and interest thit the said estate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired other than orin addition to that of the said H.
