Many of our visitors will not feel satisfied and contented whea they reach their Eastern homes, but will begin to make preparations and plan to come to California and live, and cast in their lot with the people of Nevada county, as well as with people in other portions of the State. The more the Easterners see of California and its hopitable people the more they feel constrained to become identified with our interests and prosperity. The reception to be tendered the visitors tomorrow night at Armory Hall will be a fitting and auspicious opening event to the big celebration. The committee respectfully urges every resident of this community to be on hand and extend a welcome greeting to the visitors and make them feel that they are at home with the best people on earth.
