KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: . That we, the undersigned,
ao hereby certify that we are residents of the State of California
and that we have associated ourselves and by these presents do
associate ourselves for the purpose of forming a corporation and
being incorporated under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
California with the name and for the purposes hereinafter set forth,
AND WE DO HEREBY CERTIFY AND SET FORTHs
First: That the name of said corporation is and shall ‘be the
"KRUGER ESTATE COMPANY."
Second: That said corporation is formed for the purpose of
engaging in and carrying on a general commercial business in all its
branches and more particularly to acquire, manage and dispose of the
property interests devised and bequeathed to the residuary legatees
and devisees by the will of the late W. H. Kruger: also for the .
purpose of purchasing, owning and holding real property, improving,
leasing, mortgaging and selling the same: also for the purpose of
buying, selling and dealing and investing in all kinds of private and
public stocks, bonds and securities and shares in corporations
organized under the laws of the State of California and elsewhere:
and also for the purpose of carrying on and transacting any and all
kinds of business in which natural persons may lawfully engage, and
generally to do and pprform every and all acts which may be incident,
ancillary or pertinent thereto and to enjoy all the privileges
and to possess and exercise all the powers now or which shall here-=after be conferred by law on corporations incorporated under the
general incorporation laws of the State of California.
Third: That the place where the principal business of said
corporation is to be transacted shall be the City and County of.
