Homestead Entry No. 6102 made hy E. B. Stevens Oct. 12, 1892, covering the 8. E 1-4 of Bec.
80, Tp. 17, N., R. 10.E., alleging that the suid E.
B. Stevens had totally abandoned said lend as
a place of residence for more than six months
prior to said 29th day of June, 1895, and asked
that a hearing be had to determine the fucts.
And whereas this office didon the 13th day
of July, 1895, issue a citation commanding the
suid Stevens to uppear and show catise why
said entry should not be canceled.
And whereas it appearing by the return made
by the said contestant that the suid Stevens cannet be found within said County or District and
asking that an ‘alias ciiation be is‘ued for ser“vice by publication, posting and by registered
mail.
It is therefore ordered that said citation
issue, and that the said E.B, Stevens the Homestead claimant aforesaid is hereby notified to be
aud appear before the Register and Receiver of
this othce on the Thirtieth day of September,
1895, at 10 o’clock A.M. of said day, then and
