Court of the county of Nevada, State
of California, made on the 10th day of
July, A. D. 1895, in the matter of the estate of H. H. Cotton, deceased, the undersigned,
the administrator of the said estate, will sell at
private sale, to the highest bidder, for cash,
gold coin of the United States of America, and
subject to confirmation by said-Superior Court,
all the right. title, interest and estate of the
said H. H. Cotton, at the time ol his death, and
all the right, title and interest that the said es~tate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired other than or in addition to that of the
said H. H. Cotton, at the time of his death, in
