Resotvep: That primary elections for the purpose of electing delegates to the State and Congressional Conven-, tions be held Monday, August. 15, 1898, Under and in conformity with the Primary Election Law, at the following time and places: The apportionment has been made as follows: Grass Valley—3 delegates. Nevada City--4 delegates. ; Meadow Lake and Little York—1 delegate. Washington, Eureka and Bloomfield —1 delegate. Bridgeport and Rough apd Ready—1 delegate. The polls shall be opened for twelve hours closing at 8 p.m. One polling placé shall be held in Grass Valley, one ‘4m Nevada City, one in Truckee and one each in each of the other ‘voting precinets in the county. Reso_vep: That when no provision has been made for officers of the election in any precinct, or in case of failure of those to act, the Republicans present shall select the officers of election and open the polls where most convenient.
