Barker Grass Valley, California William Sampson Grass Valley ,California Sixthi-— That the amount of capital stock of said corporation is five hundred thousand (500,000) Dollars, divided into five hundred thousand (500,000) shares of the par value of one (1) dollar each, provided that there shall be four hundred thousand (400,000) shares of common stock and one hundred thousand (100,000) shares of preferred stock. The nature and extent of the preference granted to the one hundred tnousand (100,000) shares is as follows:The preferred stock shall not ever be subject to any assessment for the purpose of conducting the business or paying the expenses or debts of the corporation or for any other purpose provided however that there shall be no distinction between the classes of stock as to the statutory or constitutional liability of the holders thereof to the creditors of the corporation.
