AX ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT

City of Nevada, demand the construction of
a@ public sewer system, the costs of which
will be in excess of its ordinary annual income,
The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada do ordain as follows:
Section 1, It is hereby determined by the
Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada, that
the public interest of the said city demands
the construction and acquisition of a public
sewer system for said city.
Section 2. That the cost of the construction and acquisition of said public sewer
system will be too great to be paid out of the
aig ona annual income and revenue of the
said city,
“Section 3. This ordinance shall be published for three weeks in the Nevada City
Daily TRA* scRIPT, a daily newspaper published in'said city, and shall take effect on
the 13th day of December, 1898.
