Jumped trom Train Santa Banpara, December 18—Oonstable Hopkins arrived in this city today with George Hayford, under arrest for obtaining money under false pretenses. Hopkins was bringing the Man ‘back from Arizona, when at a small station a few miles east of Yuma, he jamped from the train, while it was going forty miles an hour.
