Nevada County’s Outlook. —
Nevada county has a system jof water
course and supply that, with the miles of
running ditches, is sufficient for all demands
made by the agricultural and vast mining
operations, says the Examiner.
The agricultural stfength of the county
lies mere in the possibilities of the future
than in anything that has yet been accomplished, and to the future may we confidently look for a great increase in the
agricultural products of the foothills and
mountain valleys,
The miners are and always have been the
life and support of the county, and for years
to come mining will continue to:be the leading enterprise, but agriculture will grow and
improve as the population increases and the
demand for farm produce becomes more
urgent. :
