ACRE Ones OF INCORPORATION (e) 10 the LEITER BROS, & (CO, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, the undersigned, a majority of whom are citizens 4 te of California, have and residents of the Sta this day voluntarlly associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a CORPORATION under the laws of the State of California AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY, FIRST, That the name of said Corporation shall be Leiter Bros, & Co. SECOND That the purposes for which it is formed are Ovming, and conducting one or more dry goods stores, and in connection therewith,. buying, selling and dealing in all kinds of merchandise, notions, and novelties, either, at wholesale or retail, Buying and selling stocks of goods, wares and merchandise, at auction or private sale. Acquiring by purchase or otherwise, real property and buildings or leases of buildings and sub-letting same or any part there of. THIRD, That the place where the principal business of said Corporation is to be transacted is Nevada City, Nevada County, California FOURTH, That the term for which said Corporation is to exist is fifty years, from and after the date of its Incorporation. FIFTH, That the number of Directors or Trustees of said Corporation shall be three and that the names and residences of the Directors or Trustees, who are appointed for the first year’, and to serve until the election and qualification of such officers, are as follows, to wit:.
