Know all men by these presents, that the undersigned,
Liberty Bank, a corporation organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, and having its principal place of business in
the City and County of San Francisco, and Bank of
America, a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of California, and having its
principal place of business in the City of Los Angeles,
County of Los Angeles, have consolidated for the purpose of forming a consolidated corporation under the
laws of the State of California and particularly under
the provisions of Section 31a of the ‘Bank Act?’ and
do hereby certify that:
Virst: The name of this corporation is
Liserty Bank or AMERICA.
