To do each and every thing necessary, suitable, or proner for the accomplishment of any of the purposes, or the attainment of any one or more of the objects hereinabove enumerated, or which shall at any time appear conducive to or expedient for the protection or benefit of this corporation and to have, use and exercise all the rights, powers and privileges permitted to be exercised by such corporation under the laws of any state of the United States or of the United States. Whealton Long Beach, California Hifth: That the amount of the capital stock of this corporation is fixed at Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) which is divided into five hundred thousand (500,000) shares, of the par value of One Dollar ($1.00) each, which stock shall be of one class only, and no share of said stock shail have any preference over any other share of said stock; and all of said stock of said corporation when issued whall be fully paid and non-assessable.
