18. To do each and every thing necessary, suitable, or proner
for the accomplishment of any of the purposes, or the attainment of any one
or more of the objects hereinabove enumerated, or which shall at any time
appear conducive to or expedient for the protection or benefit of this corporation and to have, use and exercise all the rights, powers and privileges permitted to be exercised by such corporation under the laws of any state of the
United States or of the United States.
Third: That the principal office for the transaction of the tusiness of the corporation is to be located in the Ceunty of Los Angeles, State
of California; and,
Fourth: ‘That themmber of directors of said corporation shall be
five, and that the names and residences of the Directors who are selected dna
appointed to act as such Directors for the first year and to serve until the
election and qualification of their successors, are as follows:

each, which stock shall be of one class only, and no share of said stock shail
have any preference over any other share of said stock; and all of said stock
of said corporation when issued whall be fully paid and non-assessable.
Sixth: The total numver of shares of the capital stock of this
corporation which have been actually subscribed is five shares of said stock,
that the names of the subscribers and the mumber of shares, respectively for
which they have subscribed and the amount to be paid by them for such shares
