HAGUF, his successors and assigns the right to place, erect and maintain poles, wires and other conductors for the transmission of electricity for power purposes and to lay a pipe or conduit for the purpose of tranamit'ing wa er for powcr from a poict in tae public highway on the east boundary of the Empire Mine, in township, county of Nevada; thence westerly along the Ophir road to the east line of the townsite of So.th Grass Valley and to executors, the privilege of operating and conducting said power line and pipe line. The Board of Superyisors of the county of Nevada do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The county of Nevada hereby grants to JAMES DD. HAGUE, his successors and assigns, the right and pevilege to place, lay, work maintain and operate on the Ophir road from the east boundary of the Emire mine, westerly to the townsite of Grass Valley, poles, wires and other conductors for the transmission of electricity for power. pur poses and a pipe line to conduct water for power purposes.
