IV. The number of the directors of this corporation shall be four (4), and may be increased by amendment of the Articles of Incorporation, or by by-law duly adopted by the shareholders. V. The total number of shares which this corporation is authorized to issue is two hundred fifty (250) shares; the aggregate par value o£ said shares is TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25;.000.00) and-the pax valueof each share is ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
