THREE: The county in this State where the principal office for the transaction of the business of this corpora= tion is to be located is NEVADA COUNTY. FOUR: This corporation is authorized to issue only one class of shares of stock of the total number of fifty thousand (50,000) of the aggregate par value of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) and of the par value of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per share, FIVE: No distinction shall exist between the shares of this corporation and the holders thereof. SIX: The number of directors of this corporation shall be and are three (3). The names and addresses of the persons who are hereby appointed to act as the first directors of said corporation are as follows: CHARLES V.
