the City Marshal and Policemen for services in cases arising out of the breech of Vity
Ordinances,
The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada,
do ordain as follows:
Section I. The fees of the City Marshal and
Policemen for all services performed in cases
arising out of the breech of any City Ordinance
shall be, where a fine is collected, the same as
are allowed by law to Constables in criminal
