Szorron 1. The system of public sewers of
Nevada City consists of :he systoms of mains,

Trustees of Nevada City, together with al!

private lateral sewer shall in any way be
considered a part.of the system of public
sewers.
SzoTion 2. The management of the system of publi¢ sewers of Nevada City sha . be
in the hands of a Superintendent. The oftice of Superintendent. of Public Sewers. is
hereby created. He shall devote his entire
time to the duties of his office and to’ such
other public duties as may be. prescribed by
order of the Board of Trustees. The Suverintendent shall receive a salary, which shall
be tixed by order of the Boa:dof Trustees
from time to time. The Superintendent of
Sewers sha!] appointed by the
Board of Trustees ‘to hold office at the
pleasure of the Board. ‘ine Superintendent of Sewers shall be subject to
the order of the Board-of Trustees, the
Sewer Committee of said Board and the
City Engineer. te shall have an office loted at a pl esignated by the soard of

Ssction 7. It shall be unlawful for any
person or owner or cecupant of a building:

SECTION 8. Any person violating any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be
eemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction be. punished by a fine of not less
than Ten nor more than One Hundred Dolto exceed Ten 8.
