Section 1, A Road Poll Tax of Three Dol-].
._ lars ($3) is hereby levied on each male person
over the age of twenty-one and under the age
of ‘Afty-five years found in each or any Road
District in the county of Nevada during the
year 1895. : f
: SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the County
Assessor of the County of Nevada to collect the
Road Poll Tax of the Connty in the same manner that State Poll Taxes are colierted, between
the first day of January, 1895, and the first day
anuary, 1896. i

the City Marshal and Policemen for services in cases arising out of the breech of City
Ordinances. ‘
The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
Section I. The fees of the City Marshal and
Policemen for all services performed in cages
arising out of the breech alany City Ordinance
shall be, where a fine ix collected, the saine as
are allowed by law to Constables in criminal
cases for like services.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after the Tenth day of
January, 1895. :

and other conductors for the transmission of
electricity for power purposes and to lay a pipe
or conduit for the purpose of tranamit ing wa'er

Grass Valley township, county of Nevada;
