HE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
T of Nevada do ordain as follows :
SECTION 1. The system of public sewers of
Nevada City consists of «he systems of mains,

sewer. And when any sewer is laid or accepted in any pu_ lic street, alley or right of
way hereafter the own r of any tenement

time hereinbefore specitied.
SEecTION 8 Any person violating any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a4 misdemeanor and’ upon
conviction be punished by a fine of not less
than Ten nor more than One Hundred Dollars, or imprisonment in the City Prison not
to exceed Ten Days.
SECTION 9. ‘Ihis Ordinance shall be in effect and bein force from and after the Fifteenth day of February, 1900;
