or supplements thereto, but the enumeration of certain powers as herein
specified is not intended as exclusive of, or as a waiver of, any of the
powers, rights or privileges granted or conferred by said General Corporation
Law or the laws of said State now or hereafter in force; provided, however,
that this corporation shall not carry on any business, or exercise any powers,
in any state, territory or country which a similar corporation organized
under the laws of such state. territory or country could not carry on or
exercise, except to the extent permitted or authorized by the laws of such
state, territory or country.
Fourth: The total authorized capital stock of the corporation is Thirty-.
seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($37,500,000.00), divided into
three hundred seventy-five thousand (375,000) shares of the par value of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each. The amount of capital stock with which the
