AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE FEES OF
the City Marshal and Policemen for services in cages arising out of the breech of City
Ordinances. :
The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
Section I. The fees of the City Marshal and
Policemen for all services performed in~cases
arising out of the breech of any City Ordinance
shall be, where a fine is collected, the same as
are allowed by law to Constables in criminal
cages for like services,
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after the Tenth day of
January, 1895. f

right to place, erect and maintain poles, Wires

electricity for power purposes and to lay a pipe
or conduit for the purpose of tranemitiing wa'er

on the east boundary of the Empire Mine, in
Grass Valley. township, county of Nevada;
thence westerly along the Ophir road to the eat
line of the townsite of South Grass Valley and
to executors, the privilege of operating and
conducting said power line and pipe line, The
Board of Supervisors of the county of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The county of Nevada hereby
grants to JAMES DPD. HAGUE, hia success

to place, lay, work, maintain and operate on the
Ophir road trom the east boundary of the Km-~vie mine, westerly to the townsite of Grass
Valley, poles, wires and other conductors’ for
