The Board of Supervisors of the county of Neyada do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The county of Nevada hereby grants to JAMES DPD, HAGUE, his success org and assigns, the right and per iene to place, lay, work maintairr and operate on the Ophir road from the east boundary of the Kmje mine, westerly to the townsite of Grass Valley, poles, wires and other conductors for the transmission of electricity for power pur poses and a pipe line to conduct water for OW OT PUPPORCE.
