Section 1. A Road Poll Tax of. Three Dollars $3) is hereby levied on each male_person

District in the county of Nevada during the

Section I. The fees of the City Marshal and
Policemen for all services performed in cases
arising out of te breech of any City Ordinance
shall be, where a fine is collected, the same as
are allowed by law to Constables in criminal
Cases for like services.
