Every physician attending any case of diptheria, small pox, or any kind of contagious on infectious disease within the City of Nevada, is hereby required to report the case in writing to the Health Officer of said city, six hours after the nature of the disease is Known to him,; and. it shall be the duty of the Health Officer to see that the house wherein any such patient is so confined, shall be quarantined, and a yellow flag placed in a conspicuougplace on the outside thereof, as a waruing that said premises are infected.
