ARTICLE III The Corporation is organized pursuant to the General Nonprofit Corporation Law of the State of California, ARTICLE IV The County in the State of California where the principal office or the transaction of the business of the Corporation is to be located is the City and County of San Francisco. : ARTICLE V A.
