The Musical “Bike.”
The threatened harmonious bicycle
has come to pass, but, fortunately, it is
at present confined to Germany. The
musical monstrosity is fixed to the
handle-bar, and by an ingenious arrangement is worked by the front
wheel. It will play for an. hour at a
speed of ten miles am hour, and'if the
‘rider has not-been-driven-mad-by-that
time he has only to touch a spring and
the machine starts off again as gayly
asever. Ifit should finda home in this
country, which the fates forfend, we
shall expect nonmusical cyclists to agitate for a lHeense to yanot at sight.—
